How to use Brillianize
Check the surface first, then clean and buff a manageable area at a time.
Before you start
Read the product directions and the surface or equipment manufacturer's care instructions. Identify any special coating before choosing a cleaning method. The guidance here is an overview, not a replacement for those instructions.
Apply to a manageable area.
Use the product as directed, working on a small section rather than treating the entire surface at once. Keep spray off surrounding floors.
Wipe with a clean polishing cloth.
Remove dirt and fingerprints with a suitable cloth, keeping the working section clean.
Buff away the remaining liquid.
Turn to a dry cloth section and finish the area before moving on. Do not leave cleaning liquid behind.
Some surfaces need their own instructions.
For coated or electronic surfaces, follow the equipment maker's approved method rather than treating this as universal compatibility advice. Aquarium guidance on this site concerns external panels only. Museum guidance concerns display surfaces, not collection objects.
For electronic equipment, switch it off and follow the equipment maker's power-disconnection and care instructions. Keep liquid away from openings.
